This page explains what happens to the information you share through somaticmedic.com. The short version: I collect only what you choose to send through the forms, I use it only to reply to you, and this site doesn't use advertising or tracking tools.

What this website collects

If you use the consultation request form or the contact form, I receive what you type into it, such as your name, email address, phone number (if you add one), your visit preference, and your message.

How I use it

I use what you send only to reply to you, to arrange a consultation, and to manage my inquiries. I don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who processes form submissions

This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form submissions on my behalf and forwards a notification to my private email inbox. My email address isn't published on this site. When I reply, you'll see the address I reply from.

Please don't send health information through the forms

The forms are for general questions and scheduling. They aren't a secure way to share diagnoses, medications, symptoms, or other detailed health information, so please leave those out. I'll let you know how we can share health information safely if we decide to work together.

Cookies, analytics, and outside services

This site doesn't set advertising cookies, doesn't use advertising pixels, and doesn't load fonts or scripts from other companies. Like any website, the host may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Links to LinkedIn and Instagram lead to other websites with their own privacy practices.

How long I keep messages

I keep form messages only as long as I need them to respond and manage inquiries. You can ask me to delete a message you sent.

Not for emergencies

Messages sent through this site aren't monitored around the clock. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

Questions or requests

To ask a question about this policy or to request deletion of something you sent, use the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
